About Me
I am an experienced coach built up over 18 years. I have a CIPD Advanced Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring - Practitioner Level 7.
I help people identify and achieve their goals and reach towards their full potential. I have a particular focus on life and job coaching, helping people into employment, coaching academics and employees in the voluntary and statutory sectors.
My career has included estate based community work, setting up and running a University course, leading a community development team, being a Senior Manager in a Housing Association and working in Africa.
Throughout my career I have had a coaching style of management as I strongly believe this is the most effective way to get the best outcomes for both the individuals and the organisation.

I am an associate member of the Association of Coaching and I abide by the Association for Coaching and European Mentoring and Coaching Council's Global Code of Ethics.
